Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your session details and meeting link.

You'll also receive reminder notifications based on your chosen notification preferences, making it easy to find your session details when the time arrives.

At the moment, sessions take place using the coach's preferred meeting platform, such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another virtual meeting platform selected by the coach.

Yes. Client reviews help future clients make informed decisions and contribute to building a trusted community on BOCO. Reviews provide insight into a coach's style, approach, professionalism and the experience the client had during coaching sessions. As BOCO grows, reviews from verified bookings will build over time, giving you more insight with every session completed on the platform.

You pay securely through the BOCO platform when you book. Everything is handled in one place, with no need to arrange payment separately with each coach. Pricing is set by each coach and shown clearly on their profile before you book.

BOCO's cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and coaches. If a client cancels more than 24 hours before a scheduled session, they receive a full refund. If a client cancels less than 24 hours before, the session is generally non-refundable, as the coach has reserved that time specifically for the booking.

If a coach cancels a booked session, or does not attend (a no-show), the client receives a full refund. In the event of a dispute, BOCO will review the circumstances and work with both parties to reach a fair outcome.

Refunds are policy-driven, not discretionary. Where a refund is due under the policy, it is initiated automatically and clients should not need to chase or request it.

Once an eligible refund has been approved or automatically triggered under the policy, it is processed promptly. While refunds are often received sooner, please allow up to five business days for the funds to reflect. A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been initiated.

Where a refund is due under BOCO's cancellation policy, the full session price is refunded. BOCO absorbs the applicable payment processing costs on eligible refunds rather than passing those costs on to clients.

Most sessions proceed without issue. In the event of a dispute, either party can contact support@myboco.app or report the issue through the platform. BOCO will review the circumstances and work with both parties to reach a fair outcome.
