Yes. BOCO is designed to work with your calendar so your availability stays accurate and up to date, helping reduce scheduling conflicts and making bookings easier to manage. During sign-up you will be prompted to set up your calendar account and link.

You decide when you are available to work with clients, making it easier for people to find support when they need it. This is one of the reasons we describe BOCO as coaching on demand.

When setting up your profile, you provide your preferred virtual meeting link (for example Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or another platform). When a client books, they receive the relevant meeting information automatically through the booking process.

Yes. By managing your availability through the platform and synchronising with your calendar, BOCO helps reduce scheduling conflicts and minimise the risk of double bookings. It will also automatically reopen your calendar should a client cancel an appointment.

Yes. BOCO provides a dedicated, encrypted and private space for client notes, helping you keep important information organised and accessible, and maintain confidentiality and continuity across sessions.

Yes. Client notes and information stored within BOCO are treated as private and confidential. Information entered into the platform is protected and only accessible to authorised users with appropriate access.

Yes. BOCO helps you keep track of your client interactions and coaching engagements so you have visibility into your work with each client.

Yes. Rather than storing information across multiple spreadsheets, systems and applications, BOCO provides a central place to manage your client information and your coaching practice.

Client payments are collected when a booking is made. Coach payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of every month, after sessions have been successfully completed. This gives BOCO sufficient time to administer the platform, process any eligible refunds and resolve any disputes before funds are released.

Pending earnings represent sessions that have been booked and paid for by clients but have not yet reached the coach payout date. During this period BOCO can manage any eligible refunds, cancellations, disputes or administrative processes before releasing funds. Once the payout period has passed, those earnings move from pending to paid.

BOCO currently operates a two-week payout cycle. This gives the platform time to process any eligible refunds, investigate disputes where necessary, and manage the administration associated with bookings and payments, helping create a fair and trusted experience for both clients and coaches.

Yes. BOCO includes an earnings dashboard that gives you visibility into your coaching business: what you have earned and how your practice is performing over time, helping you make informed decisions about your services, pricing, availability and growth.

No. BOCO handles payment collection through the platform. You do not need a separate payment gateway, merchant account, payment link or additional payment software to accept bookings through BOCO.

No. BOCO handles payment collection through the platform, and clients pay when they book. This removes the need to manually create invoices, send payment requests and follow up on unpaid bookings, and eliminates the need to chase clients for outstanding payments.

The policy is designed to be fair to both sides. If a client cancels more than 24 hours before a session, they receive a full refund; if they cancel less than 24 hours before, the session is generally non-refundable, as you have reserved that time. If a coach cancels or does not attend (no-show), the client receives a full refund.

Refunds are policy-driven, not discretionary, and are initiated automatically where due.

Most sessions proceed without issue. In the event of a dispute, either party can contact support@myboco.app or report the issue through the platform, and BOCO will review the circumstances and work with both parties to reach a fair outcome.
